Production time for all orders is 5-7 Business Days.

If there will be an unusual and significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will inform you via email.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed. You will receive another email once your order is successfully dispatched and you can track it using the tracking number we will provide you via email.

Extreme Graphics USA is not liable for any delays due to weather, mishandling by shipping carriers, invalid delivery addresses, or incorrect contact information filed at checkout. All items are professionally packaged to be fully secured & protected during transit. Shipping timeframes vary depending on the carrier selected and the destination of your package.

During Holiday times such as Christmas, there may be slightly delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation.

We also have telephone customer service available from 9 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday.
